Job Summary

Lead and coordinate structured cabling and turnkey IT projects by analyzing requirements, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining safety and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document project requirements by liaising with diverse stakeholders across a distributed organization to gather necessary information
• Develop project plans, milestones, and deliverables in consultation with business stakeholders to ensure clear objectives and timelines
• Negotiate with vendors and team leaders to secure adequate resources throughout project phases for smooth execution
• Coordinate with customers, team members, and vendors to monitor task progress and ensure adherence to schedules
• Lead the project team to thoroughly analyze and evaluate proposals for benefits and costs to support informed decision-making
• Define project resources, conduct performance reviews, and perform post-implementation evaluations to measure success and identify improvements
• Build and maintain relationships with users, technical staff, and management to identify and resolve implementation and maintenance issues
• Provide the project team with accurate business needs, priorities, and existing system details to align project outcomes with organizational goals
• Oversee predominant deployment of structured cabling (Copper and Fiber) and turnkey projects including Network, IT, Voice, Video, and Security systems
• Coordinate site activities and resource planning to meet effective delivery deadlines and optimize project workflow
• Ensure dissemination and administration of Safety/EHS protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Manage successful project phases including pre-project preparation, progress monitoring, and post-project completion activities
• Conduct site surveys and assist in building Bill of Materials and Tender documentation as required to support project procurement
• Perform design and documentation tasks to support project implementation and compliance
• Assist in managing the projects’ supply chain processes to ensure timely availability of materials and services
