Working Days: 5.5 days

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 5.00pm

Saturday: 8.30am - 12.30pm

Job Descriptions:

Lead and manage the project team to ensure smooth project execution.

Plan and monitor construction activities according to project schedules.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.

Ensure works are completed on time, within quality standards, and according to project requirements.

Monitor site progress and resolve construction issues effectively.

Ensure subcontractors comply with site safety requirements and regulations.

Ensure compliance with Singapore construction standards, codes of practice, and quality requirements.

Monitor project quality and support BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark assessments.

Conduct project meetings and provide updates on progress and site matters.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or equivalent with proven experience as a Project Engineer in building construction projects.

Experience managing private residential and commercial building projects is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Singapore construction practices, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Familiar with BCA CONQUAS, Quality Mark Assessment, and local regulatory requirements.
