About the role

Join CESCO Environmental Technologies Pte Ltd as a Project Engineer (Management Trainee Program). This structured program develops future Project Engineers and Project Managers through hands-on training in engineering, workshop, HSEQ, site operations and project management.

What you'll be doing

Join a structured management trainee programme.

Assist Project Managers in planning and executing projects.

Coordinate manpower, equipment and materials.

Monitor project progress and site activities.

Attend client meetings and prepare reports.

Support cost control and project documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve project performance.

Perform other duties assigned by Management

Training & Career Development

Structured rotations across workshop, site operations and project management.

Mentorship from experienced Project Managers.

Leadership and technical development.

Career progression to Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer and Project Manager.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Marine, Industrial or related Engineering.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

2–3 years of experience is an advantage.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willing to work on project sites.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
