Responsibilities

Drive project efficiency and profitability through effective planning and control.

Define project requirements/specifications and ensure procurement of the necessary materials for completion.

Handle and maintain all relevant project paperwork and documentation.

Develop the project scope, parameters, and approach for design and implementation.

Identify project responsibilities and delegate phases/elements to the appropriate personnel.

Develop, manage, and control the full project-plan lifecycle from planning through execution.

Support the Project Manager/Director in establishing project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards aligned with company policy.

Requirement

Strong working knowledge of design software (including AutoCAD) and other relevant computer applications.

Able to read drawings and tender documents, comfortable working in a site environment, and able to collaborate effectively with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
