Coordinate daily project activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Prepare and maintain project documents, drawings, reports, schedules, and records.

Monitor project progress, identify issues, and support problem-solving.

Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Assist with project proposals, cost estimates, and feasibility studies.

Support procurement, resource planning, and vendor coordination.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations.

Maintain accurate project records and databases.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

At least 3 years of experience in project management in a related field.

Knowledge of Project Management, ELV, and Security Systems.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Willing to travel overseas, especially to Batam, Indonesia, for project support and site coordination.
