·   Understanding the construction plan of the project and ensure timely delivery of projects as per approved schedule.

·   Managing daily activities on site and attend site meetings.

·   Working in collaboration (coordination) with Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Clients.

·   Prepare project specific Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS), Risk Assessment (RA), Fall Prevention Plan (FPP) and Safe Work Procedure (SWP).

Quality Management (ISO9001):

 · Supervise and ensure contractor/subcontractor/supplier delivers quality works on site as per approved construction documents/drawings.

·   Supervise and ensure proper handling of materials during transit and receipt on-site.

·   Report immediately to Project Leaders and Project Manager in case of discrepancy/defects found on-site.

·   Prepare quality-related incident report.

Occupational Health and Safety Management (ISO45001):

·   Supervise and ensure contractor/subcontractor/supplier complies with the statutory safety requirements/in-house safety rules by Client – at all times.

·   Perform daily tool-box meeting with the site team.

·   Ensure safety-related infringement is rectified/corrected immediately on site.

·   Prepare ‘safety-related’ incident report.

·   Providing recommendations on improving efficiency and reducing costs.

·   Propose technical solutions for problems that are causing delay in projects.

·   Presenting the site daily reports to the Project Leaders and Project Manager.

·   Prepare the completed works and documentations for project handover to Client.

·   Maintaining the documentation of the construction projects as per required by ISO9001 and ISO45001.

·   Assist Project Leaders in preparing the post-project reports.
