Job description for Project Admin Assistant at Redwood Interior Pte Ltd
Responsibilities
To provide secretarial services and administrative support to executives and managers in the department.
To support with full assist to Project Teams on the projects management.
Support project teams in shipment arrangement, packing list etc.
Submit PO through ERP system.
Coordinates departmental meetings and keeps track of client visiting.
Prepares presentation materials for executives or managers.
Updates records and maintains proper filing systems.
Requirements
Able to hands on experience with MS Office.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
