About the role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Programme Facilitator to join our team at Montessori Seniors in the Queenstown Central Region. The position will involve delivering engaging and impactful programs to our senior clients. As a Programme Facilitator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life for the seniors we support.

What you'll be doing

Plan, implement, and evaluate activities for the elderly clients in the Centre.

PowerPoint presentations to facilitate the activities

Engage and assist elderly clients in the Centre

Attend to client’s personal care needs including hygiene, positioning, transfers, and ambulating of clients

Adhere to the Centre’s operational protocol at all times

Assist in incidental housekeeping duties and help to maintain the cleanliness of the Centre including the environment, equipment, furniture, and tools

Other tasks as and when assigned by the Management

What we're looking for

Experience in designing and facilitating therapeutic or recreational programs for seniors

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with senior clients

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our clients

Passion for improving the wellbeing and quality of life for seniors
