Job Description:

• Handle assigned customer accounts.  This requires excellent communication and negotiation skill.  Maintain good relationship with internal and external customer.  Customer Service Oriented is a must.
• Responsible for RFQ activities and meet customer deadline
• All email correspondence within 24 hours
• Attend conference meeting when required.
• Attend customer training when required, including overseas training as well
• Responsible for product knowledge transfer and provide training to internal employee
• Preparation of works schedules, monitoring of works progress, coordination with all partied involved to ensure works progress smoothly and completed within given target timeline.
• Full knowledge on the assigned projects.  This requires Hands On approach and data driven
• Liaise with Quality team and ensure that the customer drawing specifications are met
• Responsible for sourcing components and suitable suppliers for all assigned projects
• Day-to-day project supervision includes liaison with Customer, Suppliers etc involved in the project.
• Develop, execute and tracking the cost saving on the assign project
• Explore all possible cost saving method on new and existing projects at all time
• Work closely with the cost accountant to ensure the margins are maintain
• Responsible for QPPM <300 on all assigned projects
• Partner with Operations to achieve production goals.
• Extend good leadership on all assigned projects
• Attract, retain and develop potential customers and projects
• Streamline supply chain efficiencies for customer and the company, and drive process changes, including RTV parts are timely resolved
• Continuously strengthen the fundamentals and proactively seek improvement opportunities to improve production output.  Conduct gap analysis, identify areas for improvements and to lead and manage the implementation of these projects
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of experience in local manufacturing industry/automation/Contract Manufacturing
• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, others with relevant experience will also be considered
• Proficient in MS Office, Inventor and AutoCAD software
• Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong business analysis skills are required. These skills should be coupled with a creative, flexible and pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Require good organizational skills, clear agenda setting, preparation and planning for meetings and tasks, involves input to the planning exercises and reporting against those plans
• Individual with strong written, negotiation and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will need to be able to clearly articulate objectives, requirements and risks & issues. Strong writing skills are required for the compilation of the future vision as well as business requirements
• Involves a great deal of interaction with other members of the project team across location and relies on the ability to identify appropriate information, sharing & leveraging of information, effectively and appropriately
