Role:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead large IT and digital transformation programmes.

The role will manage multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, smooth operations, and strong governance.

The ideal candidate should have experience handling large programs with 50–60+ IT resources across different workstreams.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large IT programs and digital initiatives.

Coordinate multiple teams, including developers, architects, QA, DevOps, and vendors.

Manage project timelines, delivery plans, risks, and budgets.

Work closely with business stakeholders and leadership teams.

Drive program governance, status reporting, and escalation management.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Support Agile delivery and release planning.

Manage onsite and offshore delivery coordination.

Required Skills:

Experience managing large enterprise IT programmes.

Managed teams of 50–60+ IT resources.

Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.

Good understanding of cloud, APIs, microservices, and digital platforms.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
