Key Responsibilities
Head of procurement Department
Lead end‑to‑end procurement to meet project, budget, and schedule needs.
Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
Evaluate quotations and provide clear commercial recommendations to management.
Manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and technical standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and lead procurement staff to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in engineering or industrial sectors.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
Experience in preparing cost comparison analyses and presenting procurement recommendations.
