Job description for Procurement Leader at Apex Sealing Technologies Pte Ltd
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and support the procurement team in daily operations
Provide training, coaching, and performance guidance to team members
Ensure procurement processes are completed accurately and on time
Manage supplier sourcing, quotation requests, price negotiation, and procurement activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers
Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations
Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning and replenishment
Review procurement performance and prepare monthly reports for management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Support logistics coordination and resolve procurement-related issues promptly
Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field
Experience in procurement and team leadership
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Ability to train and motivate team members
Good problem-solving and leadership abilities
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
