Work closely with Operations to translate demand forecasts into feasible production schedules, balancing capacity, lead time, and supply constraints

Oversee inventory management, optimizing stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolescence

Coordinate incoming logistics, including shipment planning and port clearance

Build and manage supplier relationships, especially across China and Taiwan

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or planning roles

Strong proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) due to frequent interaction with regional suppliers

Proven ability in negotiation, supplier management, and procurement execution

Strong numerical and analytical skills, comfortable working with cost structures and data

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP/Navision or other ERP systems is an advantage

Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO9001) is a plus

Detail-oriented with strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills

Able to prioritize and make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Team player with strong communication and coordination skills

Willing to travel for supplier audits and site visits

What We’re Looking For
