Salary Range: $2200-$2800
What you'll be doing?
Monitor delivery schedules: You'll ensure timely material arrival by closely tracking delivery schedules and coordinating with suppliers.
Reschedule deliveries: When necessary, you'll adjust delivery schedules to support production requirements.
Perform material planning: You'll plan materials to ensure adequate stock availability for operations.
Maintain databases: You'll update internal databases, including inventory records and vendor information.
Prepare reports: You'll submit monthly inventory reports and stock analysis, ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation.
Perform ad-hoc duties: You'll assist with any additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
Who are they looking for?
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience for Assistant, and minimum 3 years of experience for Executive. Prior experience in inventory control, materials planning, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
Diploma in related field: A diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics NAV is essential.
Strong organizational skills: Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are crucial for this role.
Good communication skills: Effective communication and coordination skills are necessary to interact with suppliers and team members.
