We are seeking a highly driven Process Reliability Engineer to own and elevate the reliability of manufacturing processes in a sustaining production environment.
This role is accountable for eliminating systemic process risks, driving process robustness, and sustaining high capability manufacturing performance. The position leverages field and manufacturing data to identify systemic risks, eliminate recurring issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Risk Reduction, Control & Robustness
Proactively eliminate process risks and establish strong governance frameworks (PFMEA, control plans, SPC) to ensure disciplined process control and sustained capability.
Establish and sustain robust reaction plans for out-of-control conditions.
Review and enhance risk-based qualification strategies and test plans to ensure robust and compliant processes,
Data Analysis & Reliability Insights
Analyze manufacturing data (e.g., NCM trends, yield, defects) and field performance data as input signals to detect potential process gaps.
Translate insights into targeted improvement actions and drive for elimination of recurring risks through systemic root cause resolution, strengthening process consistency and stability.
Issue Management and Process Performance Monitoring
Strengthen visibility of issue/ process performance through data systems, enable faster detection, decision-making, and response.
Lead the cross-functional team on field/ customer issue feedback (Ex: defect on arrival) with timely updates to stakeholder.
Oversea the overall manufacturing process performance, manage communication or conduct periodic review to highlight key opportunity or risk, and drive for continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, quality, or reliability engineering
Demonstrated track record in executing PFMEA, developing and enforcing control plans, and applying SPC (Cp/Cpk) to sustain process capability.
Proven ability in root cause analysis and structured problem solving
Strong analytical and data interpretation capability; ability to drive systemic and sustainable improvements
Effective stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
Strong focus on process discipline, prevention, and compliance
Proven track record in building robust, self-sustaining processes
