Responsibilities:

Responsible for the end-to-end setup of the process quality module for the new factory;

Responsible for monitoring quality objectives during project trial production and mass production, and collecting issues;

Responsible for organizing Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) meetings and handling non-conforming products;

Responsible for monitoring the progress of quality issue analysis and resolution, and escalate issues in a timely manner based on the current situation;

Responsible for updating and maintaining on-site Control Plans (CP) and Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP);

Responsible for leading customer audits and following up on identified issues;

Responsible for onboarding training for quality control inspectors.

Requirements:

5+ years of work experience in the field of quality (including 2+ years of work experience in process quality); Experience in the automotive industry is preferred;

Possess IATF internal auditor qualification;

Be proficient in the five core quality tools in the automotive industry (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC);

Experience in the end-to-end setup of a factory is preferred.
