Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for developing  or evaluating existing /new business processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost , improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process.

·               Perform with the NPI team to  evaluate and formulate  manufacturing process for the new product.

·               Work  with manufacturing staff to develop  a cost effective and working production process.

·               Develop innovation solutions.

·               Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.

·               Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.

·               Collect, record , and transcribe data

·               Develop and implement specification and systems that optimize all phases of production process e.g . Control Plan

·               Ensure projects are completed on time.

·               Ensure financial budgets are followed

·               Advise on corrective actions

·               Show results in reports.

·               Constant review on present manufacturing processes to boost productivity and quality.

 Working Experiences

·               Minimum of 2 years of related experience in process engineering.

·               Experience in manufacturing process will be advantage

Education Requirement and Traits

·               Diploma or Degree in mechanical engineering or electronic engineering.

·               Good analytical and problem solving skills,
