Strategic planning and develop cost effective & low risk manufacturing/assembly process steps/planning from raw material to completion including special processes through Product Quality Plan (PQP).

  • Transfer of Project, Technology, System from customer to VDL for New product development.
  • Define and establish Project Plan for Assembly to meet on time delivery.
  • Feasibility study for New Assembly.
  • Identify the facilities/supplies required for the assembly.
  • Define and establish Project Plan for Assembly to meet on time delivery.
  • Resolve technical issues in assembly to ensure smooth production.
  • Manage technical changes to fulfill customer requirement.
  • Implement improvements to processes for cost effectiveness.
  • Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical or Precision Engineering or other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a process engineer in the Semiconductor industry or equivalent.
  • Mechanical and electrical workmanship
  • Experience in working in cleanroom will be an advantage
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions
  • Good communication skills
