• Production Support
• Provide day-to-day engineering support for wafer dicing operations.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Ensure stable process performance across multiple product lines.
• Yield & Quality Improvement
• Monitor and analyze yield data, defect trends, and process metrics.
• Implement corrective actions to reduce chipping, micro-cracks, and particle contamination.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance wafer singulation quality and reliability.
• Process Control & Documentation
• Maintain and update process control plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Apply SPC, DOE, and root cause analysis to sustain process robustness.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing quality standards and customer requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with production, quality, and product engineering teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring smooth transition into mass production.
• Participate in customer audits and provide technical input on dicing processes.
