PROCESS COSTING ENGINEER
2D & 3D Design: Prepare, review, and release 2D technical drawings with detailed drafting specifications in line with manufacturing requirements for pressure-sensitive labels and specialty packaging. Support 3D modeling activities with strong consideration for Design for Manufacturability and process feasibility.
Costing & Sourcing: Conduct costing analysis, material sourcing, and supplier coordination to ensure efficient delivery of packaging and labeling projects that meet CCL’s standards for innovation and sustainability.
Engineering Support: Assist in ad-hoc engineering assignments, cross-functional initiatives, and operational support tasks across global manufacturing operations.
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in production workflows and provide practical, data-driven solutions to achieve manufacturing readiness and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate communication among stakeholders to align objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project development and manufacturing activities in consumer goods, healthcare, and specialty markets.
Education & Experience
Diploma with 3–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or product design, ideally within industries such as printing, die-cut, pharmaceutical, or packaging.
1–2 years of experience in manufacturing processes (precision machining, treatments, etc.).
1–2 years of experience in quality assurance (internal, supplier, and customer quality).
Working Skills & Attitude
Basic comprehension and interpretation of technical drawings.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM applications and Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
