Key responsibilities

Monitor and support daily Wet Etch production processes to ensure stable manufacturing operations.

Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Monitor SPC charts, process parameters, and yield performance to maintain process stability.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process excursions and product defects.

Support engineering evaluation lots, process qualifications, and New Product Introduction (NPI).

Optimize Wet Etch processes through continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, quality, and productivity.

Work closely with Production, Equipment, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

Monitor chemical baths, process recipes, and equipment performance to ensure compliance with process specifications.

Prepare and maintain engineering reports, process documentation, SOPs, and investigation records.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures while supporting high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.

What we're looking for

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Materials Engineering / Chemistry or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Relevant semiconductor manufacturing experience, preferably in Wet Etch or relevant process.

Experience in wet chemical processing, wafer cleaning, or surface treatment processes will be advantageous.

Required to work in a cleanroom environment and wear cleanroom attire as required.

Required to work 12-hour rotating or permanent shifts based on operational requirements.
