As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire a Principal Technical Consultant with extensive experience in ETRM/CTRM platforms and commodities trading processes. This is a key consulting role, offering the opportunity to lead solution delivery across major engagements in the region and beyond.

As a Principal Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end implementation and support services across leading CTRM platforms such as Openlink Endur. You will collaborate with client stakeholders from Front, Middle, and Back Office to translate business needs into high-impact, scalable technical solutions.

• Lead and contribute to full lifecycle implementation projects including requirement gathering, functional design, technical development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Develop and maintain system components, interfaces, and reports using AVS, JVS, Open Components (Java/.NET), and SQL.
• Integrate ETRM/CTRM platforms with upstream/downstream systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, BI tools, and market data sources.
• Provide BAU support and enhancements in live trading environments, including incident resolution, training, and documentation.
• Support regulatory reporting, data migration, and greenfield transformation programs.
• Engage with client teams, manage vendor coordination, and ensure on-time, high-quality solution delivery.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in the E/CTRM domain with a consulting or solution delivery background.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with at least one of the following platforms: Openlink Endur (This is essential)
• Proficiency in scripting and integration using AVS, JVS, Open Components (.NET/Java), and SQL.
• Solid understanding of commodity trade lifecycle (physical and financial) across Oil, LNG, Gas, Power, Ags, or Coal.
• Experience with system integration, enterprise data flows, and interfacing with ERP and risk systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Exposure to client environments in Asia, Middle East, or Africa.
• Experience in vendor evaluation, business process mapping, or strategic system assessment.
• Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and regulatory requirements.
• Work on high-impact projects with global commodity trading clients.
