Job Responsibilities

Plan and conduct engaging classroom lessons and activities according to the school curriculum.

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children.

Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a clean, organised classroom.

Monitor and document children’s learning progress and development.

Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular updates on children’s progress.

Work closely with principals and teaching staff on lesson planning and student assessments.

Guide and support assistant teachers in daily classroom activities.

Support children’s overall wellbeing, development, and learning needs.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of preschool teaching experience.

Possess 5 GCE ‘O’ Levels with English at Grade B4.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about early childhood education and child development.

Willingness to learn inquiry-based learning approaches.
