Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation systems and equipment

Develop and configure HMI applications for machine operation and monitoring

Integrate PLC systems with HMI, sensors, servo systems, VFDs, and other automation components

Perform system testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and commissioning

Support machine installation, testing, and on-site commissioning when required

Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and project teams throughout project execution

Diagnose and resolve electrical, controls, and automation-related issues

Prepare and maintain control programs, technical documentation, and project records

Communicate with customers to understand technical requirements and provide technical support when required

Support system improvements and modifications to improve machine performance and reliability

Requirements

Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field

Minimum 3 years of relevant PLC programming and industrial automation experience

Hands-on experience with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, or Allen-Bradley

Experience in HMI programming and system integration

Familiar with industrial automation components, sensors, servo systems, VFDs, and control systems

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical and control systems

Able to read and understand electrical drawings and control schematics

Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams and customers

Willing to travel for on-site installation and commissioning when required
