Job Scope:
- Match suitable domestic helpers with families proactively.
- Working closely with helpers, employers, and other stakeholders for order closing and deployments
- Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Conduct interviews with helpers and preparing the biodata
- Issue resolution
Job Requirements:
- At least CEI (Basic) certification
- At least 1 year experience in employment agency for domestic helpers
- Strong sales mindset, independent, and highly motivated.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive
- Team-player
- Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
Working Schedule:
5-day work week (on roster basis)
Working Hours:
10am to 7pm
