As a Pharmacist (Islandwide locations), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Deliver clinical services and support patient care.

Ensure accurate, safe, and compliant dispensing of medications.

Follow all clinical regulations, compliance standards, and operating procedures.

Assist with daily pharmacy operations.

Review and assess patients’ medication profiles.

Maintain adequate medication stock within the pharmacy.

Educate patients and caregivers on medication use and care.

Dispense medications and provide clear instructions on proper usage.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy with a valid registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council.
