We are looking for a responsible and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily operations and coordination for the Director in a renovation company setting.
Responsibilities
-Coordinate project and operational tasks to support renovation activities effectively.
-Manage daily schedule and calendar to ensure timely appointments and meetings
-Arrange and provide transportation support for the Director’s business needs
-Respond to client enquiries promptly and assist clients with relevant information
-Perform general administrative and operational duties to maintain smooth office workflow
Required competencies and certifications
-Hold a valid Class 3 or 3A driving licence to fulfill transportation duties
-Communicate clearly in English and Chinese to liaise with clients and team members
Preferred competencies and qualifications
-Apply time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to details
-Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude to contribute to a collaborative work environment
-Experience or familiarity with social media posting to support marketing efforts(Plus point)
-Background in interior design to better understand renovation project requirements (Plus Point)
