1. Client Portfolio Administration
• Policy Analysis: Prepare detailed policy summaries for client reviews, ensuring all coverage data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Fiscal Support: Manage tax-related documentation and assist clients with necessary statements for annual filings.
• Database Integrity: Maintain and organize the client database with high confidentiality.
2. Strategic Client Engagement
• Proactive Outreach: Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence with clients regarding renewals, premium payments, and policy milestones.
• Appointment Coordination: Manage the calendar, ensuring all client meetings are well- prepared with the necessary briefs.
3. Events & Brand Activation
• Event Planning: Lead the planning and execution of agency events, from small client
appreciation lunch-and-learns to larger seminars and recruitment drives.
• Public Relations: Act as a professional first point of contact for JRO, representing the agency’s values in every interaction.
4. Executive Operational Support
• Ad-hoc Projects: Handle diverse tasks ranging from marketing assistance to personal administrative support.
• Workflow Optimization: Identify ways to improve agency filing systems and daily operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
• Good attitude and resilient mindset.
• Ability to pivot from analyzing tax documents to coordinating events seamlessly.
• Excellent phone manner and ability to write professional, clear emails.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proactive tracking of deadlines and follow-up dates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Able to work during weekends when needed for events.
