About the role

The role focuses on securing statutory approvals from agencies like the NEA, PUB, and SCDF to ensure the compliant, safe, and continuous operation of manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage statutory submission and permitting workflow with BCA (ST Submission, Permit to Commence works, As-built, TOP, CSC)

Lead regulatory applications and approvals for plant construction and equipment hookups, ensuring strict adherence to environmental, fire, and safety regulations

Create and manage permitting registers, meticulously tracking milestones to keep capital projects and facility modifications on the critical path

Collaborate with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leads to document Hazardous Substances, Toxic Industrial Waste management, and Process Safety Management (PSM) plans

About you

Degree in Engineering with relevant experience in the construction/manufacturing plant projects
