Job Summary
Provide emergency medical care and assistance to patients while ensuring ambulance equipment is maintained and ready for use.
Responsibilities
- Deliver emergency medical care to patients to stabilize their condition during transport
- Operate and maintain ambulance equipment to ensure functionality and safety for patient care
- Collaborate with team members to provide timely and effective patient assistance during emergencies
- Document patient care and equipment status accurately to support medical and operational records
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Paramedic certification to perform emergency medical duties
- Possess valid BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Immediate availability to start work to meet urgent staffing needs
Other Information
- Two weekend duties per month with additional pay of $100 per weekend duty and $100 for Public Holiday duty
- Overtime pay: $20 per hour
- Incentives and bonus available
- Working Days: Monday-Friday
- Two Weekend Duties
- Salary range: $2,600 - $3,000
