About Our Client
Our client, an affiliate of a transportation company, is a local freight forwarding company located at the eastern side of Singapore. We are actively expanding and seeking a candidate who is passionate about challenges and teamwork to grow with us.
Other Information
Working Day: 5 days
Working Hour: 830am-530pm / 9am-6pm
Working Location: Changi Logistics Centre
Salary Range: $2500-$3,200
14 days Annual Leave, AWS, Performance Bonus, Variable Bonus
What you'll be doing?
Maximize Customer Satisfaction: Utilize your skills to ensure top-notch service for overseas partners, aiming for excellence in customer satisfaction.
Quality Control: Maintain consistent quality control, standardize procedures, and establish customer service expectations.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to provide timely, accurate information, and excellent service support.
Quotation and Follow-up: Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate with overseas partners for shipments.
Process Management: Understand and handle inbound and outbound processes for both sea and air shipments.
Problem-Solving: Handle problem-solving and coordination related to shipments efficiently.
Data Entry: Ensure accurate data entry in reports and handle any ad hoc tasks assigned.
Who are they looking for?
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related field, especially in import and export duties.
Education: At least Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Freight Forwarding / Shipping or any relevant.
Customer Mindset: A positive customer mindset with a good working attitude.
Team Player: A team player with good communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
