Responsibilities:

Manage multiple outlets day to day operation and sales 

Able to manage, coach and motivate sales and therapist team to achieve target and KPI

Manage and make sure customers satisfaction are meet

Manage customer complaints

Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback

Outlet administration duty

Other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

Experienced in Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service and Administrative duties

Excellent customer service with good communication & Interpersonal skills

Responsible, Positive work attitude and with good Initiative

Prefer applicants with relevant experience in the Beauty Industry

Able to work retail hour
