We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support the daily operations of the company. This internship offers hands-on exposure to project coordination, operational processes, customer service support, and cross-functional teamwork within a fast-growing home improvement and installation business.
- Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Support scheduling and coordination between sales, operations, and installation teams.
- Track project progress and ensure operational records are updated accurately.
- Assist in monitoring project timelines and installation schedules.
- Follow up with internal teams on project status updates.
- Support customer service and operational inquiries when required.
- Maintain operational reports, records, and filing systems.
- Assist in preparing operational documents, forms, and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy across internal systems.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, HR, and Operations teams.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
- Provide general administrative support to management when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.
- Support implementation of new operational processes and systems.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Management, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Exposure to operations management within a growing SME.
- Understanding of project coordination and customer journey management.
- Experience working with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Hands-on involvement in process improvement and business operation
