Job Scope / Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Screening Execution
● Support onsite and offsite corporate health screening events
● Assist in setup and teardown of screening stations
● Ensure smooth execution according to schedule and client requirements
2. Operational Coordination
● Coordinate daily operational activities across screening stations
● Liaise with internal teams (eg.,sales doctors, admin) for workflow alignment
● Ensure readiness of manpower, equipment, and materials
3. Patient Flow Management
● Manage registration and patient movement during screenings
● Direct patients to appropriate stations efficiently
● Monitor waiting times and escalate delays
4. Administrative Support
● Handle registration, data entry, and documentation
● Ensure accuracy of patient records and screening forms
● Support report processing and tracking
5. Logistics & Inventory Support
● Prepare and transport equipment and consumables for screening events
● Track inventory usage and report replenishment needs
● Ensure proper storage and handling of supplies
6. Client & Onsite Coordination
● Assist in coordinating with corporate clients during screening events
● Ensure client requirements are met on-site
● Provide basic support for client queries during execution
7. Compliance & SOP Adherence
● Follow operational SOPs and healthcare guidelines
● Ensure proper handling of confidential patient information (PDPA)
● Support audit preparation and compliance checks
8. Team Support
● Work closely with operations managers and team members
● Support senior staff during large-scale screening events
● Assist in continuous improvement of workflows
● Support coordination and execution of home screening projects, including scheduling, logistics, operational follow-up, and handling emails and phone inquiries as needed
● May be developed to take on Project Leader responsibilities based on readiness and experience
