About Us

United FMO Pte Ltd is a fast-growing logistics and haulage company specialising in container trucking, LCL cargo movements, Jurong Island deliveries, time-critical transport, and logistics coordination across Singapore.

We operate our own fleet and support customers from industries such as freight forwarding, petrochemical, construction, relocation, and last-mile logistics.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Executive / Controller to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys coordinating drivers, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily transport operations and job scheduling

Assign jobs to drivers and monitor job completion timelines

Coordinate container trucking, LCL cargo deliveries, and urgent deliveries

Liaise with drivers, ports, warehouses, and internal teams

Monitor vehicle utilisation, driver productivity, and operational efficiency

Ensure timely submission of documentation, and delivery updates

Handle operational issues, delays, breakdowns, and urgent customer requests

Track vehicle servicing, maintenance schedules, road tax, inspections, and repairs

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety requirements

Monitor driver attendance, incentives, trip performance, and job allocations

Update operational records, job status reports, and customer requirements

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in transport, trucking, haulage, or logistics operations

Familiar with Singapore trucking operations, PSA, Jurong Port, or container movement processes

Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Good communication and customer service abilities

Able to multitask and manage multiple drivers and job movements simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and operational systems

Experience with haulage or transport management systems is an advantage

Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency
