Working Day: 5 days

Working Hour: 830am-530pm / 9am-6pm

Working Location: Changi Logistics Centre

Salary Range: $2500-$3,200

14 days Annual Leave, AWS, Performance Bonus, Variable Bonus

What you'll be doing?

Manage Documentation: Handle all shipment documentation with precision to meet timing requirements.

Plan Collections/Deliveries: Strategize and execute collection and delivery schedules effectively.

Customer Engagement: Maintain open lines of communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and building strong relationships.

Forecast Customer Needs: Stay ahead by understanding and anticipating customer requirements.

Ensure KPI Compliance: Strive to meet and exceed key performance indicators, ensuring operational excellence.

Who are they looking for?

Experience Required: At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, especially in import and export duties.

Educational Background: A recognized Diploma/ITE in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations Management preferred, opening doors to a world of opportunities.

Technical Proficiency: Strong command over MS Office applications, enhancing your ability to perform efficiently.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for fostering teamwork and customer relations.
