Join our Operations Associate Track,a structured pathway to learn how a fintech business operates from the inside.
This is not a routine admin role. Gain hands-on exposure to customer operations, application support, service delivery and daily business execution in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will learn customer onboarding, application support, internal coordination and day-to-day business operations. Based on your strengths and performance, opportunities are available in senior operations, customer success, business operations, loan operations, branch operations and team lead roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with onboarding, enquiries & applications matter
• Support operational workflows & customer journey
• Follow up via phone, WhatsApp & other channels
• Assist with processing & document checks
• Update internal systems accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams & branch operations
• Handle ad-hoc operational duties
• Take on more responsibilities as you progress

Who We Are Looking For

• •Fresh graduates welcome (ITE, Polytechnic, Private Diploma/Degree)
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, banking, call centre or operations is a plus
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented, responsible and willing to learn
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer literacy

Working Hours

• 5-day work week. Monday - Saturday.
• Work schedules will be arranged between 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, depending on operational needs.
