Operations Assistant Job
Someone who is be able to juggle multiple tasks with good administrative skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
· Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
· Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
· Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
· Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
· Administrative Duties
· Proficiency in Microsoft office
· Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
· Updating logs and order forms.
· At least more than one year experience in a similar role preferably in logistics support and administration.
· Written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
· A willingness to learn.
