Summary
Primarily landscape operations and oversee cleaning operations. Supervisors report to the Operations Executive; you will be the single point of operation for multiple site teams and ensure consistent standards, safety, training and client satisfaction.

Job Description:
Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all landscape project sites and cleaning operations, supported by multiple site supervisors
Plan and manage manpower deployment, work schedules, and rostering to ensure efficient site coverage
Supervise site supervisors and ensure proper execution of daily operations, service standards, and company SOPs
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure landscape maintenance quality, cleaning standards, safety compliance, and client satisfaction
Act as the main liaison between clients, site teams, and Head Office; manage feedback, complaints, and service recovery
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of operational staff to ensure service quality and operational readiness
Manage inventory and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials for both landscape and cleaning operations
Plan and execute periodic and ad-hoc works, including urgent deployments and project mobilisation
Ensure safe use of equipment and chemicals and compliance with workplace safety requirements
Assist in operational troubleshooting, manpower shortages, and urgent site coverage when required
Travel between sites for inspections and coordination, including use of company transport when necessary
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Minimum qualification: Diploma; candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
