Key Responsibilities
· Office Administration: Manage daily office administrative duties and ensure smooth office operations.
· Liaison: Act as primary contact point; liaise with service providers, building management, and vendors to ensure office services and facilities run smoothly.
· Insurance Management: Manage company insurance matters, including employee medical insurance and corporate insurance policies.
· Procurement: Handle procurement of office supplies and pantry items.
· Expense Tracking: Track and verify monthly office expenses and supplier invoices.
· Executive Support: Provide local assistance to the Group CEO when needed.
· Event Planning: Plan and coordinate office activities and events.
· Operational Support: Support any other operational or administrative tasks as required.
Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience: 5+ years of relevant working experience preferred
Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Singapore
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, outlook)
Communication: Excellent English/Mandarin communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Personality: Responsible, proactive, service-oriented team player with multi-tasking capabilities
