ROOTS Communications Pte Ltd, an established IT solutions provider, is seeking highly skilled Network Engineers / Senior Network Engineers (Total: 2 openings) to join our dynamic team in the Kallang Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and efficient network infrastructures that support our clients' critical business operations.

SENIOR / NETWORK ENGINEERS

What you'll be doing:

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Able to oversee customer requirements and translate to feasible solution design.

Install, test and commission network infrastructure according to best practices, but not limited to routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls etc.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of the network system.

Work closely with customer, vendors and internal team to ensure successful project implementation.

Conduct system acceptance test and update as-built documentation.

What we're looking for:

Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology IT/ Telecommunications / Computer Engineering or relevant IT certifications.

Min 2 to 5 years of expertise in implementation/administering and troubleshooting network and IT infrastructure.

Certifications in network engineering, such as CCNA/CCNP/ HCIA/HCIP, are highly desirable.

Good communications and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Can start work immediately is an advantage.
