ROOTS Communications Pte Ltd, an established IT solutions provider, is seeking highly skilled Network Engineers / Senior Network Engineers to join our dynamic team in the Kallang Central Region.

SENIOR / NETWORK ENGINEERS

What you'll be doing:

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.

Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimise system efficiency and reliability

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimise downtime and maintain service availability

Manage network configurations, updates, and patches whilst ensuring minimal disruption to operations

Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of the network system.

Work closely with customer, vendors and internal team to ensure successful project implementation.

Conduct regular network assessments and security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies

Document network systems, configurations, and procedures to maintain comprehensive technical record

What we're looking for:

Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology IT/ Telecommunications / Computer Engineering or relevant IT certifications.

Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional experience in network engineering or a similar networking role

Professional certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/ HCIA/HCIP, or equivalent credentials (highly desirable)

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Can start work immediately is an advantage.
