Full-Time Music Instructor (Flute / Violin / Piano)

Job Summary

Teach flute, violin, and/or piano to students of various ages and skill levels in a supportive environment. Manage scheduling, student follow-ups, attendance, and lesson coordination. Support daily operations and assist management with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured flute, violin, and/or piano lessons tailored to students’ age and skill level to foster musical growth
• Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates student engagement and progress
• Manage student scheduling, follow-ups, and attendance tracking to ensure smooth lesson coordination
• Collaborate with team members and work independently to support daily music school operations
• Assist management with simple ad-hoc administrative tasks to maintain efficient workflow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Background in music performance and/or teaching
• Experience teaching music lessons
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to commit to a full-time role
