Job Responsibilities:

1, Community Management: Engage with players through social platform, post update, answer questions

 
2, Game Testing: Perform functionality and payment tests, identify bugs, and report issues to the development team. 

3, Back-end Operations: Handle back-end tasks including sending announcements/in-game emails. and Compile, summarize, and organize game-related data for reporting purposes.   

4, Translation: Translate game content and communication between English and Chinese accurately.

5, Other ad-hocs duties assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

1. Minimum of a diploma or higher.

2. Fluent in both Chinese and English.

3. Entry level candidates are welcome!

4. Applicants who has worked in the game industry is advantage
