Responsibilities

Support the execution of buying plans following collection reviews with designers and brand partners

Coordinate purchase orders, product quantities, pricing confirmations, and delivery timelines with suppliers

Monitor and track inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability across retail and e-commerce channels

Analyse sales performance, sell-through rates, and stock ageing to support replenishment and allocation decisions

Ensure timely delivery and distribution of products across retail stores and online platforms

Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product launches and stock flow

Maintain accurate inventory records, product listings, and data across internal systems and online marketplaces

Assist in seasonal stock planning, promotional activities, and markdown execution where required

Participate in discussions with designers and brand partners, with a focus on operational execution rather than strategic buying

Requirements

Previous merchandising experience in the fashion or beauty industry is preferred

Candidates with merchandising experience in consumables or FMCG categories (e.g. toiletries, household products) are also encouraged to apply

Strong understanding of inventory management, stock planning, and sales analysis

Familiarity with e-commerce and marketplace platforms such as Lazada, Shopify, and WooCommerce would be an advantage

Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple timelines effectively

Good communication and coordination skills when working with suppliers and cross-functional teams
