Job description for Menu Analytics, Manager at PUTIEN
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze menu sales performance, product mix, and outlet-level food sales trends across restaurant operations.
- Prepare regular reports on dish performance, seasonal product trends, customer preferences, and menu profitability.
- Work closely with data analytics teams to consolidate and interpret operational and sales data.
- Support menu planning and product optimization initiatives based on business performance and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with chefs, operations teams, and management on menu updates, promotions, and product performance tracking.
- Monitor menu item performance across different outlets and regions to identify sales opportunities and operational improvements.
- Assist in maintaining centralized menu databases, product records, and reporting systems.
- Support cross-functional projects related to menu standardization, product launches, and operational alignment.
- Prepare management reports and presentations related to menu analytics and product planning.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in restaurant operations, menu planning, menu analytics, or food product coordination.
- Candidates with prior experience handling menu-related reporting, dish sales analysis, or regional restaurant product coordination will have an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work closely with multiple departments in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred to support communication with overseas operational teams.
