Key Duties and Responsibilities :

Tender Engineer

·       Detailed reviewing of tender documents and drawings for technical compliance and deviations. Prepare Request for Information when necessary

·       Taking of Bill of Quantities (BOM) for all Electrical, Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Security System

·       Liaising with vendors and subcontractors to Request for Quotation and evaluate their proposal in compliance specifications and drawings

·       Prepare and summarize BOM with the correct cost estimate for tender price review with management

·       Prepare and compile tender submission documents

·       Responsible for overall tender process from start to post tender stage

·       Provide general support and ad-hoc duties as and when instructed by the Manager

Project Site Engineer

(For Electrical Engineer) Knowledge in Power Distribution System, Lighting System, Earth & Lightening System, PV System, UPS/EPS, Telephone distribution

Experience for brand submission and technical discussion with authority, design consultant

Deep knowledge in scheduling, planning, resource control and installation

Capability in controlling of changes, variations and their costs.

Monitor and review information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.

Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

Identify problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths & weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
