Key Responsibilities

Perform various types of massages including Deep Tissue, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) styles, or Foot Reflexology based on client needs.

Conduct initial consultations to understand client health history and specific areas of tension.

Maintain a clean and professional treatment environment in accordance with hygiene standards.

Provide advice on post-massage care and wellness routines to enhance the therapeutic benefits.

Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records for consistent service.

Requirements

Possess a valid professional certification such as WSQ, ITEC, or CIBTAC in Massage Therapy.

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a spa or clinical setting is preferred.

Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and understand their requirements.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and professional ethics.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if necessary.
