Job Description
- To assist the Fleet Manager in fleet vessel's SMC Management.
- Monitor vessels' compliance to International / Local Rules & Regulations, Safety Procedure and Environmental Protection Requirements
- Fleet Safety, nautical and operation requirement
- Fleet maintenance of ISM/ISPS/MLC Code
- Conduct crew interviewing/training/familiarization and MLC compliance
- Monitor, coordinate and attend to vessels for oil major inspections, (SIRE), statutory surveys, related matters and follow-up
- Monitor, coordinate and attend to vessels for Internal Audit and Internal Safety Inspection
- Incident / Accident Investigation and Reporting
Job Requirements
- Holding valid CoC 1 or 2.
- Minimum 1 year sailing experience as OOW is required.
- Good Communication, Analytical and Team Player
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
