Arc Marine Engineering Pte Ltd with workshop located near Tuas West Road is seeking dedicated, experienced hands-on local Marine Engine Service Engineers or Technicians to join our growing service team in Singapore.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform the repair, maintenance, troubleshoot, complete or partial overhaul of ship's main and auxiliary engines and equipment onboard ship or in workshop.

Coordinate with the Technical Manager for additional jobs upon inspection and ascertainment of minor or major damages not quoted

Submit well documented technical service reports and time sheets to be forwarded to all stakeholders within the company and to the customer

Strictly adhere to safe work procedures and applicable regulations

Participate in skills upgrading training and programs

Perform other related service jobs as may be assigned

Qualifications Required

Diploma or trade certificate in marine or mechanical engineering or technology

At least 5 years of service experience on diesel engines, two stroke or four-stroke, gas or dual fuel engines

Team player with excellent safety record and good communication skills to deal with diverse team

Good communication and coordination with clients, superintendent and shipyard

Able to follow vessel schedule and travel domestic or international as project/job demands
